The supplements I will talk about in this article are all natural substances that are not man made in a laboratory. They have been found to be very effective for creating vibrant health.

Goji Berries are 15% protein, which is more protein than whole wheat. Goji Berries contain 21 essential minerals, among them iron for the blood, zinc for cell repair and reproductive health, and selenium, which works with vitamin E as an antioxidant.
The real power of the Goji berry seems to be in the special sugars that are only produced by this little red berry. These sugars, called polysaccharides, are essential for the best working of your immune system.

Although Zeolite is a relatively new discovery in the world of alternative medicine, this mineral is already making waves in the homeopathic community. Derived from volcanic rock, Zeolite has a number of great benefits that are continually being explored by alternative medicine practitioners.
Cleansing the Body
The best known and most widely recognized benefit of using Zeolite is the fact that it can remove toxins and heavy metals from the body. This is made possible by the fact that Zeolite is able to attract positive minerals such as magnesium, calcium, sodium, potassium, and iron. Heavy metals, such as mercury, cadmium, arsenic, and nickel, then displace the minerals and are easily removed from the body.

India predicts diabetes explosion
Many Indians are eating more and taking less exercise
The world’s largest diabetes epidemic is threatening India, which is ill-equipped to cope, say experts.
The amount of type II, or adult-onset diabetes in India is high, and rising, suggests health data.
India has a population of over billion, and its citizens appear prone to developing diabetes later in life, and are certainly more susceptible to its complications such as high blood pressure leading to coronary heart disease.
Part of the blame falls on the adoption of a more Western way of life, junx food, involving fatty food and too little exercise.

Losing your hair can be a very sensitive issue and can cause anything from mild self-consciousness to a major blow to self-esteem. Our hair is incredibly important to us and the way we style it can be an open book about who we are. It can convey to people what type of music we like, that we are modern and fashionable or that we are successful in business. The list goes on and all around the world hair is a very important factor in both culture and religion.
There is a specific hormone that is involved in causing hair loss called Dihydrotestostrone, or DHT for short and this hormone is derived from androgen. Androgen is circulated through the bloodstream and is converted to DHT by an enzyme. DHT tends to attach itself to the hair follicle receptors that causes the follicles to grow thinner and weaker hairs until nothing re-grows and the follicles eventually shrink and wither away.

Was it something you ate – or something you didn’t eat?? Or is it a side effect of that new medicine, or maybe your body’s way of protesting to stress or travel???
Which ever the case being, constipation can be troublesome and at times even painful. It is usually the result from insufficient amounts of fiber and fluids in the diet. It may also be a side effect of a certain medicine or supplements; such as, antidepressants, painkillers, calcium or iron tablets. Constipation may also occur during pregnancy.
Constipation is “not” defined by the number of bowel movements a person makes in a certain amount of time. Some people have one to three bowel movements a day while others have two bowel movements a week. One or the other is not a problem as long as the stools are soft enough to pass with ease. Constipation “is” defined as straining to pass dry, hard stools.
Many ailments can arise from constipation; such as, hemorrhoids, gas, indigestion, diverticulitis, bad breath, varicose veins, insomnia, headaches, appendicitis, obesity, hernia, piles and bowel cancer.
