Healthy living on the call center floor
I will be discussing how a call center agent can be healthy.
We all know that most call center agents work at the wee hours of the day, and staying up late can be hard to used to. We should learn to adjust to our schedule and do what is appropriate to keep feeling healthy when working funky hours in the contact center. Wake up at a time that is appropriate for you to get ready for work and after shift do not stay up too late. Just make sure you schedule your sleep for 8 hours.
Secondly, the eating habits. Eat only nutritious foods. You do not have to deprive yourself of your cravings just make sure you are getting the right nutritional content with what you are eating. Learn to balance your eating habits. Eat a full meal one hour after you wake up and follow it up with small meals or snacks in between shifts. Eating a lot in between shifts is the most common factor for sleepiness. Eat fruits and vegetables. Eating healthy has always been the main point of it all.
Lastly, Exercise. We all know that prevention is better than cure, and exercise is the way to do it. Exercise, even just for a little while, every day after shift, run a few laps maybe or do some crunches before you go to sleep. In a way it helps your sleeping because it is easier to sleep when you are tired.

Natural hair growth is the desire of each person. Because, with the healthy and shiny hair, everyone will feel confident! We don’t need to wear a hats to cover the damage of our hair and not have to waste a lot of money to buy a liquid hair grower. Natural hair growth can be obtained by two ways. The first, we have a good hair cells from our parents, and the second, we adopt a healthy and clean lifestyle. Only a few people who already have good hair genes and not easily damaged! But how those of us who want to have good hair but we don’t have the genes from our parents? Don’t worry. We can minimize hair damage using the second way, i.e. with healthy living.
What a healthy lifestyle will affect the growth of our hair? It’s true. A lot of hair experts have been doing research and proven that the people with healthy lifestyles have a lower level of hair damage compared to those who have unhealthy life. Because people who have a healthy body, almost every organ in their body can work well and have a maximum endurance to prevent disease and bacteria. As well as hair, almost all the hair damage is also caused by the bacteria in our bodies. Therefore, we can get natural hair growth if we always keep our body health.
Some things we must do to maintain our fitness that is, diligent in doing exercise and sports. Sports is the only effective way to expedite the work of our organs. With exercise, then all parts of our body will be forced to move and produce sweat. Which was the sweat can remove the toxins from our bodies. Therefore, for us who want to get the natural hair growth, we must make the exercise as a routine activity. The best time to do exercise is early in the morning when the sun is not so hot. Because the heat of the sun also affects the condition of our hair!
Then, besides doing exercise, we also have to get used to eat nutritious foods that don’t contain chemicals. Just like our body, our hair also requires important things such as proteins and minerals. We can get the protein by eating fish, nuts, and milk. We can find it easily in the market. Whereas the protein derived from the fruit! Fruit that contains many minerals are melon and watermelon. Because both of them contains of a lot of water that can prevent dry hair! Melon and watermelon can also be used as a magical therapeutic tool in keeping the hair moisture.
Besides these two things, we also expected to go far from stress and resting enough. Because stress is the one that cause damaged hair! After we apply a healthy life, we’ll notice a significant change in the condition of our hair. With the natural hair growth, we don’t have a headache about thinking our hair. At least we don’t need to spend our money to buy useless drugs and just need to do a little maintenance to keep it beautiful.

What is a healthy diet? Is it what we have been lead to believe – milk for strong bones and teeth, protein in the form of lean beef or chicken and maybe a “healthy” microwave dinner if we are “on the go.” A healthy diet contains lots of fruit and vegetables; is based on starchy foods such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice; and is low in fat (especially saturated fat), salt and sugar. This section contains details on what a healthy diet should consist of and why each vitamin and mineral is an essential part of staying healthy.
Maintaining a healthy diet is the practice of making choices about what to eat with the intent of improving or maintaining good health. Usually this involves consuming necessary nutrients by eating the appropriate amounts from all of the food groups including an adequate amount of water. Since human nutrition is complex, a healthy diet may vary widely, subject to an individual’s genetic makeup, environment, and health. For around 20% of the planet’s population, lack of food and malnutrition are the main impediments to healthy eating; people in developed countries have the opposite problem, and are more concerned about obesity..
