i have a yeast infection and i have read up that dipping a tampon in natural non flavoured yoghurt and and inserting it in the vagina would help heal it,
but i am also using clotimazole cream that soothes the external itch…
but if i was to use the yoghurt AS WELL, would it heal quicker?
