Fruit Salad is a good one
I usually chop up bananas, berries, apples, oranges, pears and strawberries. You can put yogurt in it aswell but make sure its PLAIN lol
mixed fruits and a sandwih and a glass of 100% whole orange juice
how much do the ingredients of this smoothie cost? $20?
My grandparents and great grandparents ate eggs, bacon, beef used cream, butter and cooked with lard and they were healthier than we are.

2 boiled eggs without the yolk

includes grains, fruits and veggies and meat. You should eat enough so you don’t crave later on in the day
Granola and yogurt, uhhh banana….my dad always has a smoothie…
any healthy breakfast under budget of $2? if i only have $2 left on weekends or when it is at the end of the month.

Organic müsli and organic yoghurt sound purdy darn good ta me.
some organic oatmeal (rolled or steel cut not quick) with raisins, cinnamon, and some other fruit like apples or bananas. i like to add 2 raw eggs after the oatmeal has cooled for some protein.

fruits: a piece of apple(not the whole thing), plum, peach,kiwi (all of them sliced into cubes. Add 1 Tbs of low fat yogurt, less then a handful of pecans,and a piece of wheatabix or any other related products like museli or bran. If u want it sweet, a small tsp of honey. Question: is wheatabix good or bad for u??
