Low Glycemic Index Foods-Good for Cardiovascular Diseases
To help reduce risk of chronic health conditions like heart and cardiovascular diseases, Glycemic index foods are very essential. It is necessary that low Glycemic high quality carbohydrates can help you even in weight loss.
What are these Glycemic index foods? These include vegetables, nuts fats and fruits. The choice of vegetables which are high blood pressure diets are celery, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes, broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower, radishes, cabbage, garlic, onions, okra, carrots , string beans and non starchy vegetables.
For nuts, a choice of nuts without carbohydrates is better. These include without too much carbohydrates like walnuts, macadamia nuts and pine nuts.
